Do You Know How to Setup a Location-Based Social Media Campaign?
Location-based services are one of the hottest sectors of social media. However, despite growth and media buzz, location-based social media is still in its infancy and is a relatively unfamiliar practice for marketers.
In an effort to clarify this new sector of online marketing, we picked 12 location-based applications and studied their business structure. We grouped the chosen applications into three major categories of location-based social media – social check-in sites, social review sites and social scheduling sites.
